      I had an opportunity to grow my contribution to the company and improve my trade.

      Cons

      My expanded contributions and high performance weren't compensated. The overall compensation was extremely poor and did not align even remotely to the same role at other companies - I was taken advantage of.

      Great salary. Good WLB. Great opportunity for the impact at a growing company that matches my values.

      No work from home option. Benefits are a bit lacking (I.e. no 401k match)

      Great company goals and CEOs. Good pay. Work from home.

      Cons

      Middle management has a control issue. Reviews are not timely. You can work hard, or not hard, it will most likely net you the same review.
