      Fun and safe environment. Everyone respects everyone no matter their level/experience. Company pays for lunches daily and happy hours once a month.

      Pros

      Decent pay but unattainable and unclear goals so bonuses don’t happen.

      Cons

      Lack of direction and clear divide between management and non management. Then what is communicated to the board is a completely different story. Maybe it will be better with their new buyout.
