My work here has taught me how important patience and communication are in behavioral therapy. I've become better at staying organized, following treatment plans, and handling stressful situations. Supervisors communicate clearly, making it easier for new employees to understand expectations and procedures, and staff members work together well.

The first few months involve a lot of learning.

Steady work schedules, no sudden changes. I can have a life outside work which I can’t say for my previous employment. Mix of new activities and situations. Each day brings new learning experiences. Minimum downtime, job that keeps me moving. I enjoy building routines with clients and seeing how consistency helps over time. Steady guidance and team support. Makes handling new situations easier.

Not really a con but you don’t work here for the money.
