Cons
SOPs: If you can follow SOPs strictly, this is a place for you. However, SOPs can change at any point of time, which resulted sales staffs has to go for trainings over & over again.
Micromanage: Yes, like previous reviews, whatever you do/ said, it is being recorded, booked lunch timing, smoke breaks etc. Even when you booked the said timing for lunch, you may not be able to go for your lunch, because sometimes, overrun in appt or other colleagues not back from their lunch, you not allow to leave provided there are enough manpower "shown" at the sales floor.
OT: Yes, due to high basic, we are not paid for OT. However, just because not able to hit daily target, you need to OT. And at covid period, it's not easy. Even if you are late in the morning of 5mins/10mins, you also need to return the 5/10mins the same day. No giving but keep taking.
