- Okay work life balance, but be expected to work overtime with no pay. Don’t make plans and be expected to answer calls and emails during PTO. - Some employees are caring.

- A lot of work without training and very little pay. - No care for personal life matters. - RPE’s are coffee runners and don’t learn the field to proceed to a fulltime roll in the field. - No guidance when needed. (told to figure it out when asking mentor questions). - No care for Career Growth.
