The happiness of each individual employee seems to be as important as the goals of the company. Here are a few characteristics of the company that come to my mind: 1. Pavigym has a clear purpose that articulates who we are and what we stand for. This clarity in purpose then guides every mission, vision and strategy. 4. Pavigym uses technology as a catalyst for change. 5. Every employee in Pavigym is an entrepreneur and is responsible for growth. 6. Pavigym knows how to be resourceful (ruthless prioritization, creativity, focus, and determination) to get things done, and is not constrained by lack of resources (time, money, people, etc.). 7.
