Working at Pavion was a great experience. I was a part of the HR team and absolutely loved everyone I worked with. The weekly pay is definitely a plus. I was impressed at leadership's willingness to have an open door policy for questions and concerns, as I truly felt like I had a voice during my time at Pavion. Although my time at Pavion came to an end because of another opportunity, I would work there again in a heartbeat.
