Pros
Paxcel was a great company to work for upto March 2016. - Flexible leave and wfh policies - Motivationg culture - equal opportunity - open doors for everyone. It got acquired and the management is super ignorant of the employees now. They don't care about anything. They have implemented processes superfluously. Employees are not even heard let alone listened too. Everyone wants to leave, people are just waiting for the right opportunity, and some are so fed up they are waiting for any.
Cons
All these have appeared after being acquired - Bad policies - If you leave you have to return your increment received in previous months - No value of employees - HR does not even respond to employee concerns - Very bad appraisals - 4-6 % - And it is not as per performance it is random
