I would never work for Paxton Media Group again!
Cons
The small town newspaper I worked for was sold to this heartless company. When PMG took over, they eliminated departments and fired people that had been there 20-30 years. When I finally quit I had worked for the company for almost 15 years. I hadn't had a raise the past seven years and watched a newspaper established in 1859 destroyed. At last count they had seven employees with very little experience. PMG has absolutely NO regard for the communities they serve or the people who work for them!
