There are so many people with multitudes of knowledge and skills. I started here with no experience, that didn't matter. In less than a year I was dealing with complex accounts and still supported in every aspect to further develop me and my expertise. The new-ish management team have turned the place around and work tirelessly to make the people on floor feel empowered, and it's not with an alterior motive. They have a real focus on making the people on the floor happy.
