Good Place for the beginner

Should have proper planning for upcoming year

I’ve been really impressed with PayMedia as a company. They’ve built a strong name in the fintech space here in Sri Lanka, especially when it comes to digital payments and banking solutions. I like how they focus on secure and scalable systems, and they seem to be using some of the latest technologies, which is really exciting for someone like me who’s passionate about tech. From what I’ve seen and heard, the work environment also looks really collaborative and supportive, with a good focus on learning and growth. It feels like the kind of place where you can gain real experience, contribute to impactful projects, and grow as a developer
