Pros
Being a key carrier is extra work same pay as regular employees unless promotion come up for assistant manager. Tells worker what to do and just stand Infront and greet cx. Co. Pays U back from health insurance a percentage for what U spend at doc appointment or dental
Cons
No sitting, no eating ,no phone. Have to be able to do most work as manager or assistant manager. More responsibility in taking shipment and have to go to other stores for audit and help of short staff.
