Salary on time Nothing else

No job security. Terminating contracts without any prior notice or any type of an update or a review. Team lead is very hostile towards other employees. Always angry and blaming someone. Owner is just a businessman without any empathy towards employees. Always trying to micro manage everything. Product has lot of issues. Still using outdated tools and technologies. Toxic work environment

You will always be paid on time, Management was very good about that

Management will micromanage you, and ultimately break your creative spirit. Management has been abusive at times, being yelled at or chamed publicly was not uncommon, there is little to no trust in the office, with Management deliberately bursting into your work environment at unpredictable times. You will have a hard time making progress in your role because of the result of poor decisions years prior, and ultimately you will be doomed to.fail or underperform in your role because from the start, you were essentially set up for failure. Oh yeah and don't even think about moving up in this company, your next opportunity will not be within this company.
