Pros
There are a few hardworking people who have a good attitude (unfortunately hard work is not valued).
Cons
Very unhealthy work environment. The politics and power struggles in management create a completely disjointed company where employees are treated with no respect. Knowledge, experience, and hard work are NOT valued- loyalty to certain bosses and willingness to speak badly about other parts of the business are all that matters.
