      Nothing.. No fixed salary mentioned in offer letter.. Poor company

      In my offer letter i have 38000 total ctc.. But at the end of month only got 5000 only.. Salary is decided how much target is done that month... This is the first month experience.. How can a employee done 100% target achievement
