Pros
Wonderful management team. I work at Peabody for 18 years and had many managers throughout the years and each one was great. In the early years (good times) there were many advancement opportunities as long as you took the initiative and worked to get them. They paid (for the most part) for my Undergrad and MBA. It was a wonderful place to work and am grateful for the opportunity and experience I've gained.
Cons
They did not diversify enough to plan for the industry downturn.
