Pros

You are allowed to be creative and lead your own projects, which is pretty cool. Because they are grossly understaffed and everyone is SO BUSY ALL OF THE TIME, you can't expect anyone to check up on you or guide you, but in that sense it gives you autonomy over your own projects. If you find some people to connect with, you can form quite a strong bond with them but overall it's very cliquey and people who aren't your friends have no time to be friendly or helpful.

Cons

In the frenzy of trying to "make the world a better place", respect, patience and kindness for one another is lost. How can you make the world a better place if you don't treat each of your employees with respect and kindness? On top of the super low salaries, they have a system where staff are pressured into becoming "investors" where they agree to have their salaries withheld or reduced if the organization has a bad month. If you aren't part of this investor group, your opinion or rights don't matter one bit.
