Always laying people off - Medical Assistant PeaceHealth Employee Review

Peacehealth is corrupt. They fire and lay off staff in an attempt to save money only to hire a bunch of new staff months later because they realized they actually did need those people. They close clinics and then buy a clinic in the same area in the same specialty later on. It is a sinking ship. The culture is great, but you are always wondering if your job is next on the chopping block.
