      Pros

      Great work culture, awesome support systems for employees from leaderships at all level. Managements really care about their employees and have open door policies. My salary here is well below the market price for the Portland market but I’m happy here. I haven't had the feeling of looking forward to go to work eveyday for a longtime until now.

      Cons

      I couldnt think of any Cons here at Peacehealth to be honest.
