Health benefits are with a company that few health care providers wish to accept because their coverage is so bad. You have to use earned sick time/vacation time for holidays. There is no holiday pay. Even if your office is closed and you can't work on the holiday, even if you wanted to...you have to take sick leave or vacation time to be paid for it. Working conditions are awful!! Employee health/wellbeing and basic comfort is not a consideration. Sweltering heat, toilets that don't flush, no hot water in bathrooms... Pay is low.
