      Pros

      Some of the best people I have ever worked with. Staff is welcoming. This hospital used to be a great place to work.

      Cons

      Management has no idea how to run a hospital. Constantly understaffed in every department. Upper management has unrealistic expectations of what staff can handle. Bottom line unsafe for patents and staff!
