Terrible company culture, long hours (60 hrs or more a week), compensation is WAY off the mark from what they advertise. They had told me that top performers would make well over $100,000/yr and that average income is between $80,000-$100,000. Every salesperson is able to see the sales/commission information for every coworker in order to build excitement and competition. This method backfired big-time when I was able to see and gauge the average income to be around $25,000/year and, aside from two or maybe three salesmen, NOBODY was touching the lowest number they advertised as average income. In fact, almost everyone would end up making less than half of that $80,000. I believe this is highly unethical and possibly illegal to advertise such false information, allowing people to leave their jobs where they are making much more than the realistic average income at Peachtree Service Experts.
