Great to be part of a dynamic team that takes on challenging engineering projects in robotics, electronics, automation and artificial intelligence.

I can't think of any cons!

Not many. Salaries were initially ok but no cost of living increase.

Project were a bit vanilla, it was a case of getting the projects in to maintain cashflow. Management weren't very experienced and lacked any form of leadership skills. Paltry pension & a sham bonus scheme.
