- You don't need to do much as no one else does here!
Cons
- Staff are few and they aren't friendly - There is a high turnover of staff as the pay is awful or they offer graduate rolls and pay less and minimum wage - No incentive to progress in any role or grow within the company - They will cut your pay check short (my final pay check was over £350 short)
