      Pros

      The atmosphere among colleagues is excellent. They are positive, cheerful and take care of newcomers.

      Cons

      Aggressive KPIs, no base salary. Working until 8pm every day, very tiring, no balance between work and life. The company culture tends to brainwash employees, so if they don't make money after working all day, they will think it's their own fault. Very scary.

      Upon seeing the review of the Athletic Trainer review posting that Peak pays inappropriately this is from someone who has not worked for Peak Performance and is leaving a review for the incorrect company.
