      I thought they were nice.

      Horrible training, unorganized, uneducated, inexperienced, definitely should not be running a company where felons are in charges, not allowed to have a life, lowest paid in the industry, no medical, 401k, or any other benefits.

      Independent work, good team members

      Cons

      Too many systems, way too much travel, not enough gas reimbursement, pay is low for what the job requires, too many properties and not enough staff, benefits are ridiculously expensive. Just medical for a family of four was ~$715 per check! Add vision, dental or life insurance and I’m sure it would be close to $800 per check. Only paid twice per month, 15th and 30th.
