Pros

Reasonable pay and easy interviews

Cons

I've read all the reviews, and every single one of them speaks to my heart, and I'd love to get to know each and every one of you who have worked here and been persecuted, so that we can talk about the pain that we've suffered, and I've suffered a serious blow to my self-confidence here, and I've had nightmares about being yelled at by my bosses every night! You'll come home crying every day, you'll be tortured to the point of insanity, and they'll take pleasure in mentally bullying you, and you'll be pulled away in an ambulance every day with a heart attack.Even if you are a good person they will undermine you to the point where you doubt yourself, they will grab a small insignificant detail and make you revise it hundreds of times until you are tortured to the point of exhaustion, they will humiliate you by comparing you to other employees, I admire the people who continue to work there but they are not worthy of anyone working for them.

Pros

The interview process is easy. Working at Pearl World has been a great opportunity to learn the industry. You really get rewarded when you're working hard. The colleagues are great and are always willing to help when asked.

Cons

No cons! The team keeps growing and past disgruntled employees just have their attitude to blame.

Pros

There are no hierarchy. There are only two levels: CEO and junior designer.

Cons

I had an extremely disappointing experience working at this company. The CEO has no respect for employees and often verbally insults their work. Personal emotions are frequently taken out on the team, creating a toxic and unprofessional work environment. The company pays junior-level salaries but expects designers to handle senior-level responsibilities. Time management is chaotic, with unrealistic deadlines and poor project planning. There are no opportunities for career growth—no matter how hard you work, there is no chance for promotion or advancement. Additionally, the company is run by a husband-and-wife duo, which only adds to the disorder. Decisions are inconsistent, and the workplace lacks structure and organization. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy and supportive work environment.
