      Pros

      If you want more time with family and hate working nights and weekends and want to stay local this is the place

      Cons

      Not busy enough during the season. They take a lot of small jobs and most of your Co -workers are non English speaking and are stuck in their ways even if they are wrong. Low pay , low hours and benefits coukd be better

      Pros

      I love pouring concrete and finish in it it's a craft that I love and master

      Cons

      Don't lack on the concrete come from the plant and a bad back it makes you work harder to beautify

      Pros

      This is a solid, stable company that has grown from 48 people in 2013 to over 170 in 2021. Safety first. Great co-workers.

      Cons

      Although they have good health, dental, vision, and 401k, I wish they had short term disability.
