I worked with this company since 2013 to 2014, and i saw lots of situation in this company, employer they were working like a dog at night, and at the end of the month they are beg for their salary from the management, and management they were giving us a story about our salary which will not mean anything for you.
Cons
In this company there is no upside, all has downside in this company, scamming to the customer from USA, and stealing money from them, if they are not agreed to pay screwing their computer, to work with Pecon better not work, because after end of the month you will not get anything from this company no salary nothing else. before joining this company they will promise you lots of thing, after the work you will come to know what it is.
