Pros
I worked as a contractor in a Maryland school district through PDS. My pay as a clinical fellow and first-year licensed SLP was very good and fair for my level of experience. They helped me with lowering my caseload for one of my schools and really cared about my well-being. The only reason I left this company was because I was no longer interested in a school-based setting.
Cons
The only con of this company is that they only offer school-based positions. They do have a clinic in Pikesville, but that was too far for me personally to commute. This is a personal con, as I don't want to continue in the school system.
