Pros

Getting to know the children and working with them

Cons

- unorganized - admin is horrible about solving problems - too many employees for admin to keep up with and support and listen to them - no leadership the bosses are not doing their job - treating employees horribly and no support for ABA. - favoritism is a BAD problem here - speaking up for yourself causing retaliation from admin -UNETHICAL treatment happens everyday with no one getting in trouble and getting addressed -Insurance fraud is ridiculous there and admin will hide ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to save themselfs. -horrible benefits NO PAID TIME OFF -people at this job struggle mentally and physically with the lack of support. It’s a serious problem.

Pros

The culture is fantastic. Fun team, fun for kids and we get a long even when doing a really hard job. Training provided and lots of extra hands to help when needed. We will have a Much better space when we move into our Farm. All admin are kind and personable. Great job so far.

Cons

Not closed for many holidays. Kids can be hard to treat but it’s not super long sessions. Many kids are bigger than the techs

Pros

Therapist-owned and operated--most of leadership on both the site and upper management level are therapists themselves and have worked and experienced what it is like to work in this environment and use that knowledge to help make decisions that impact therapists daily. Communication and follow through--leadership really cares what you have to say that could improve operations and is constantly striving to make improvements that help with efficiency and save time. Culture--the company (and each site individually) really try hard to make sure this is a place people want to come to work to each day. We have monthly activities that encourage team building. FARM--we will be opening a fully-functional FARM in early 2027, complete with animals, a barn, greenhouse, and beautiful farmhouse with full kitchen and living areas. Our goal is to provide therapy for kids in a functional setting that will ideally help them generalize the skills they learn in therapy into their homes.

Cons

Working out of a temporary site--it is small and restricted in space and supplies, though we are very lucky that it is just temporary. Quick expansion into new states--this always comes with a learning curve and though we are learning the new processes very quickly, it still takes time to optimize operations.
