      Working in healthcare and awesome coworkers.

      Cons

      Nurses/hospital staff are rude to you/think less of you, Management/supervisors are unprofessional, pay is horrendous, and lack of staff/high turnover over rates.

      Pros

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
