      - Great job if you like working with babies. - Nice PTO

      Cons

      - not enough training - screeners often quit and turnover is high creating more stress - not enough pay for job and all it encompasses - expect you to be "on- call" at all times....

      Pros

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
