Pros
Pay and benefits were ok, but not great
Cons
Senior management has no clue what they are doing. They hire educated people to tell them to follow orders, as opposed to letting them use their creativity to craft solutions for complex problems. They said in the interview process they have a “flexible” work environment, but you can not work from home because they can not support that, yet everyone is dispersed around the country and all the meetings are conference calls. Here are more conference calls than actual work getting done. People are put in positions of leadership, whatever they are, just because they have been working there forever and are part of the political circle, but when it comes to the work content they have no idea how to get it done: zero knowledge of running a business efficiently and effectively. When it comes to interpersonal relationships, if you are not part of their political small circle of people working there forever, forget about getting treated with respect or appreciation. employees are just hired because they cant do everything, because their way is so inefficient, but beware they are not hiring someone to give their best, they are hiring someone just because hey need extra hands.
