Pros

Previous strengths were youth co- creation, innovation, and wonderful team culture. That is no longer the case.

Cons

New leadership is constantly lost and grasping for straws in funding, strategy, and direction in general. Layoffs, restructures are common, and there’s poor communication from the top down.

Pros

You get to work from home

Cons

The organization is plagued by constant restructuring, a high and growing turnover rate, and a leadership team that fosters a toxic and adversarial culture. Salary discussions are off the table, and terminations often seem influenced by personal bias rather than merit. I would not recommend this as a workplace now or in the near future. Once a reputable organization, it now prioritizes executive compensation over mission-driven work, operating more like a for-profit entity under the guise of a non-profit.
