Nice teammates, people who care about delivery and customer uses. Everyone really believes in the product and the customers are generally happy, especially with great support team. Management is happy to talk about ideas.
Cons
Despite talking about ideas and goals, not enough movement for the product or the company as a whole. US sales management has lofty goals but the needle hasn't moved in the last couple years.
Product releases don't keep up with competitors, don't attract new business.
Peer will be around for years, but will it be profitable?
