- No HR so no career plan/progression - SLT have no clue. One rules the roost. Upset them, send an email that doesn't cc them in or give them control and all hell breaks loose - Everything they do is to benefit the investors, they will stamp on you if they have to. - Sales can't sell without AM leadership taking control - Product roadmap doesn't consider client needs, all about what the product team think the industry is looking for. - Delayed payment of commission plans with false reporting to both internal and external stakeholders (!!!) -
