Pros
You work in Cayman Islands, so you don't pay taxes. If you have the right project, you don't get to work that much. HR is pretty competent and will help you. Different tech everytime, good for learning. Free food. Great "first job abroad" experience. CEO is a really smart guy and really thinks about the company's problems.
Cons
Management is completely biased. If you are a favorite one, you can do whatever. They sick for a lot of certificates that you will never use in your life. Looking for a raise or promotion? Won't happen. They have zero career plan. They pay way below the island standard. If you don't get lucky to get a nice project, prepare to suffer. They try to enforce a work culture that doesn't exist and no one knows about. Some of their developers are pretty good, but they have smaller salaries than bad ones just because of years of experience. The working offices are far from Cayman Islands main town and management wants the employees to attend in person. Management is clueless. Most of the times they try to make the environment better, it gets worse. You may have no projects as sales dept is not the best one in the world.
