Management and supervisor and team leaders were not honest people was not treated fairly compared to others. Pay was not good for the production that we produce. Management did not want to increase pay.

Automatic payment of overtime if you work beyond the normal working hours. No need to file for it.

Frequent rotations of Accounting jobs. It's hard to master one task and get all things done since you will be assigned to different tasks again.
