Flexibility in work schedule. Great task leads.

May be subject to government rules and regulations on their contracts.

The workload at Peerless is very manageable, can easily get work done in a normal workday, and managers are great about providing flexibility in schedule for appointments, errands, etc. as long as the 40 hour/week contract hours are fulfilled. They do a great job recognizing hard workers as well.

Only negative I have are the benefits. Anything more than standard preventative care and specialist consultations become very expensive out of pocket. I have chosen to forgo most of my benefit offerings and use my partner’s.
