Great working hours and work from home Monday and Friday aside from the day’s department managers decides to change your work schedule to fit their needs.

Poor Department Manager Conduct tolerated by Senior Managers. Degrading and talking down to staff members to the point you dread coming to work. Micro managed to the point that a work day feels like a kindergarten class as every task performed has to be documented to Department Manager with the exact allotted time of how long that task will take to perform. Don’t plan of completing a task because in department manager decides something she needs immediately is of greater importance you will be required to drop what you are working on to adhere to immediate request even if you have to stay late without pay to finish original task.
