Project delivery can often rely too heavily on graduate and junior engineers to meet deadlines, which can lead to high workloads and pressure on less experienced staff, as well as rushed QA processes. Project management quality can vary depending on the project, with differing levels of experience and capability. Pay is not great considering the level of responsibility and delivery pressure placed on junior staff.

Wonderful environment for growth and exposure for multiple project scales. A lot of independent/lone working, albeit support available with blockers.

Technical support can be sparse sometimes at all levels.
