      Pros

      Legitimately some of the highest quality and best looking products in the space. Lots of autonomy.

      Cons

      The sales process is extremely undefined. The training is lacking. There’s a lot of nuance in doing measurements and reading blueprints, and those nuances can have a dramatic impact on the customer pricing, and the training and guidance in these critical areas is limited.

      Coworkers across departments (non leadership) are relatively easy to work with. They’ll go to bat for each other with few exceptions and are willing to go down with the ship.

      Cons

      Leadership, pay, transparency, finger pointing, gaslighting. Better not let anyone know your feelings or you’ll be quickly targeted and shown the door.
