Pros
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great group of people who enjoy what they do and are incredibly good at what they do! There is a lot of opportunity to interact with people across the organization and grow professionally. I have been at Peloton for a little over 1 month and have already learned more than at my previous employers. This position is perfect for life learners and those that enjoy being able to think on their own while working being able to work well with a group!
Cons
Only thing I can think of is that the technology given to us to use for work is a little minimal compared to what I have been given at previous employers.
