Pros
Old company but a respected brand globally. Still small enough to have a close working relationship with customers, support is where the company scores higher than the competitors. Is is not too corporate, employees who are innovative can influence products & development. Good work-life balance .
Cons
Traditionally a low payer in the industry, low innovation and low investment in new products in last 20 years. Multiple changes of owners, no clear plan for any new product lines for years. New owner is a Chinese company.
