      Gained a lot of experience in this teaching hospital. Wonderful opportunity in the Nurse Residency program for new RNs looking to begin their career in the ICU.

      Starting salary was not the best.

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
