The employees are all friendly and they work well together. Everyone knows their roles and is competent. The work environment is nice. The company is well organized.
Cons
The owner is somewhat quirky and slightly aloof. The atmosphere is kind of sterile. There is stability for long term employees, but new employees are subject to the ups and downs of the real estate market. The company has a flat organization so there is little room for advancement.
