Pros

Career opportunity you can build your entire life around. Everything I have in my life has been a result of my personal and professional success with Penske Automotive over the past 12 years. Career growth while working for a company that cares about building a winning and successful culture is key to me. 401K Match Full Medical, Dental, Vision and HSA Career Growth Culture Driven Leaders First Class Facilities

Cons

No Cons about the Company. The Automotive business is very process driven and people who work hard will reap the benefits and be successful. It is not a career that sitting back will create a life changing opportunity that you will have if you are determined and self-motivated.

Pros

The staff is very helpful and inviting. There is a healthy amount of foot traffic. The GM is very kind and cares about his employees.

Cons

Not really a con because it comes with the job, but the hours are long. If you don’t sell anything it can be a bit defeating. You also don’t get paid hourly; not sure if this is standard but I was at my lat dealership.

Pros

I do not have any pros for Penske.

Cons

Their HR department does not hold their managers accountable for the abuse they are causing onto their employees. Being told to "remember to clock out" for lunch because we always have to work through our lunches is so small compared to all the other issues that occur in Penske. HR chooses not do anything to help their employees when they report something. They realistically do not care whatsoever that extreme misconduct occurs. They also don't ever care to explain the benefits that may be necessary for work/life stress balance except for one quick second at Power Up. HR does not tell you anything to set you up for success.
