      Pros

      A great place to work if you are in it for the long haul. Good benefits, wage increases, paid time off etc. Great introductory wages.

      Cons

      May have to work weekends, otherwise it's not a bad place to start. Great introductory wage. Depending on your coworkers it could be less enjoyable.

      Dedicated to ensuring your individual growth within the company

      Cons

      Each branch is ran differently meaning management may excel at one location, giving you more exposure for growth. While other locations it is more difficult to work out of and earn promotions.
