      If you can relocate, internal growth is rapid.

      Cons

      Little pay for the small guys. You almost have to bleed Penske's blood to receive any pay growth. If relocation is not in the cards, then internal promotion will not likely be in your cards.

      Each branch is ran differently meaning management may excel at one location, giving you more exposure for growth. While other locations it is more difficult to work out of and earn promotions.
